Oulton Park BTCC: Important spectator information

If you're heading to the BTCC at Oulton Park this weekend (20/21 May), here is some important information about this event to help you make the most of your trip to the circuit.

Gate opening times
Public admission to the circuit is from 8.00am on Saturday and 7.00am on Sunday.

Car Parking
Parking is free of charge for all public car parks.

The campsite opens at 12.00 midday on Friday 19 May and will close at 12.00 midday on Monday 22 May. Access is via the East Gate entrance, where a member of staff will direct you to the relevant camping area.

All advance sales are now closed and tickets are only available on the gate for the following prices:

Saturday: Adult £15, 13-15 year-olds £10, Senior Citizens £12
Saturday: Adult £34, 13-15 year-olds £20, Senior Citizens £26
Entry on both days is free to under-13s

If you have bought tickets in advance and elected to have these posted (not print at home) will need to bring the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted. All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required. In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to:

If you hold advance tickets, please ensure that they are separated before arriving at the gate.

Grandstand seating
Grandstand seating is available at Old Hall, Knickerbrook and Lodge corners. Tickets can be purchased at the Grandstands themselves for £5 on Saturday and £20 on Sunday.

Sunday Trackside Lounge Upgrade
Includes shared access to a Fogarty Moss suite on main raceday Sunday, with superb views of one of the most dramatic parts of the race circuit, plus privileged parking, buffet lunch, race programme and TVs showing the race feed. Available for £109 inc VAT from the Fogarty Moss Centre on the outside of Cascades.

Official event programmes are on sale from the Avenue programme booth, Chequers and crossroads programme booth for £5. Each programme features in-depth articles on every series racing this weekend along with entry lists and information on the racing timetable.

Pitlane walkabout
There will be a free pitlane walkabout and autograph session at 10.30am on Sunday morning - please queue at the pitlane gate in the paddock by the race control building. This will be followed by a driver parade around the circuit at 11.30am.

Saturday evening charity track walk
After racing on Saturday, at approximately 6.45pm (exact timings subject to the track being clear after racing) Power Maxed Racing has organised a charity track walk to raise funds to help Billy Monger, who lost his lower legs in a Formula 4 accident last month. The walk is open to anyone holding Weekend or Saturday tickets. Please queue for this by the Avenue crossing point. There will be collection buckets for anyone wishing to donate.

TV Screens
Giant TV screens, showing all of the action on raceday, will be located at Cascades and opposite the grandstands at Old Hall and Lodge corners.

Off-track entertainment
The Oulton Park Funfair, located between Chequers Restaurant and the Fogarty Moss Centre near Cascades will be open throughout the weekend with a selection of thrilling rides for race fans of all ages.

Oulton Park's adventure playground, located by the funfair, will be open throughout the weekend for children of all ages from toddler to 14. There are climbing frames, swings and more.

There will be a trade village located opposite Chequers Restaurant on Saturday and Sunday.   The Marquee Bar by Chequers Restaurant will be open on Saturday night from 6.00pm to midnight, with a live band providing entertainment.

Radio Oulton
Broadcasting circuit commentary all weekend on 87.7 FM, don't miss out on anything by purchasing a radio from the shop in Chequers reception and the programme booths.
